The Mid-Ohio Valley Spina Bifida Fund was established October 2017 and is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. This charity was made to help children and adults in the Mid-Ohio Valley that have Spina Bifida and to raise money for research and education.
By doing fundraisers and getting donations the funds made will help children and adults get the medical equipment and items they need in order to live a normal life.
We will be doing a number of fundraisers throughout the year to raise money for the fund. Donations are split between children and adults in the Mid-Ohio Valley, the Ronald McDonald House Charities, and the Spina Bifida Association for research.
As of March, 22 we have 7 sponsors!!! The Wood Shed Sharpening Service, Canterbury Electric, Kiwanis of Marietta, The Village Cakery, Zimmer Valley Holstein LLC, Hickory Grove, and Peak Powder Coating! If interested in sponsoring please contact Jessica Huck via email.
